Returns & Exchanges

Claims for shortages or discrepancies must be notified in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Returns of faulty goods or goods delivered in error must be authorised by our sales office.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or full refund.  All goods must be returned unworn and unwashed and in the original packaging within 14 days of despatch.  We are unable to refund or exchange customer damaged goods or those that have been altered in any way.  Ameerah is not responsible for return postage.  We cannot accept responsibility for goods that fail to reach us so please obtain a certificate/receipt as proof of postage.

Bespoke garments, embroidered garments and any other garments that have been made to a client’s specification are strictly non-returnable.

Postage and packaging charges will apply if an exchange garment is sent for one that has been returned.
