Delivery timings

Garments in stock at the time of order will be delivered within 10-14 days. Items not in stock will take 6-8 weeks to manufacture and deliver. Please contact us to confirm delivery times forembroidered garments. For items that are in stock, an express delivery service is available at an additional cost of ?6 per item. Orders received before noon will be despatched within 48 hours. Express deliveries cannot be made on weekends and public holidays.

Postage and packing for deliveries to UK addresses will be charged as follows.

3-4 items ?7.99
5-6 items ?9.99
7-10 items ?13.99
11-20 items ?15.99
20+ items TBA

Returns and exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or full refund. Goods must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging within 14 days of despatch. We are unable to refund or exchange customer damaged goods or those that have been altered in any way. Ameerah accepts no responsibility for return delivery. We therefore recommend you use special delivery or recorded mail and that you retain a receipt as proof of postage. Postage and packaging charges will apply for delivery of exchange garments.

Stock levels

We hold stock of most of the designs in our brochure and on our website. To avoid disappointment, call us before ordering to check stock levels.
